A very rare case of gastric duplication cyst with cutaneous fistula.

Patient was 4-year child with chronic discharging sinus in epigastric region

Operated for incision and drainage with local exploration

But had persistent symptoms.

Finally relived with distal gastrectomy and Roux en Y GJ
